Just what is it that makes me bored when I try to sit and listen? Why can't I just sit and listen and learn? I have never done well at it. I find my mind wandering and stuff. Today, for example, I was sitting in the sanctuary and there was a rattling from the AC that dominated my attention. Duh. Like, why can't I block that out? Why can't I just say, "Oh, that rattling sound? I completely forgot that it existed." It's like when I try to sleep and someone is snoring. sigh...
