Homer says... Tomorrow we're going to have 3-6 inches of rain and 40-80 mph winds. Weather.com says we will have up to 2 inches and winds between 15-20 mph.
Homer knows about three things...the weather, the Cincinnati Reds, and how many miles he has been on his bike this year. The Weather Channel will NOT be calling to hire him. We did not have as much rain as he said we would.
