One Cute Picture Deserves Another

The weather has been nice, which means we've gotten to spend time outside. In fact, between Friday and Sunday, I couldn't have imagined two nicer days. Friday we had a picnic at the park and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. It was even sunny enough that we brought umbrellas out to shield our little guys from the sun.

Sunday turned out beautiful as well, and after we all took naps, we headed to the park in St. Marys. I got to play soccer with the gang while Tara and the boys played in the park. For a while, Jonathan wanted to watch Daddy play soccer and maybe to get a chance to play himself. He got his wish when the ball was kicked over the endline and he got to chase it! He loved it and was very pleased to see Daddy playing.

After I finished playing soccer, I headed over to the park and played with the boys. Jonathan just loved running through the grass until he fell down (on purpose). He loved throwing some left-over leaves into the air. He loved swinging on the swings (mostly "airplane" style), and he loved all the slides. It was a fantastic day all around, including when we got home and ate pancakes for dinner.
