Attaboy, Andrew!

Note: if you don't want to read items of a personal nature, you can skip this. Also, if bathroom stories disgust you, you can go somewhere else.

Consider yourself warned.

Last night when I was getting the boys ready for bed, Andrew first sat on the potty and proceeded to pee on it (fully diapered). He then put his little potty seat on the toilet and asked me to put him up there, and then his little face turned red as he "pushed" (unsuccesfully).

This morning after he got up, Andrew began pointing at his diaper amd pointing at the toilet. This time I was quicker than I had been last night, and I got his pajamas and diaper off and put him up on the toilet.

After he'd been there a while, he let me know he was "all done" - and he had success!

Yes, Andrew "pooped in the potty"!! I was so proud of him that I gave him candy (unlike his brother, who was just bribed with candy). Then Andrew declared (in his non-vocal way) that he didn't want to wear a diaper.

Easy, buddy...

Congrats, Andrew! I used to have this great book called THE POTTY BOOK. Sounds like Andrew doesn't need that though. Keep on poopin' little guy!

This is a major milestone and should be celebrated..... plus, it will be a great embarrassment when you tell it when he is a teen-ager.

I had the pleasure of studying with a professor today from Columbus, Ohio who is an expert in cell-ministry. Jay Firebaugh.

Glad to hear things are going well for you at your new church.
