Christ-centered affirmations

Today in Nehemiah Leadership Training, we worked on Christ-Centered affirmations, which are faith statements dealing with how God is transforming us.

Here's one of mine: Because I love Jesus Christ, I am dedicated to diving deep into His scriptures to gain my sense of self worth instead of receiving it from the world.

Or another: Because I love Jesus Christ, I recognize myself as God's beloved child and do not believe the tapes that too often run in my mind.

And finally: Because I love Jesus Christ, I take good care of His Temple, my body by getting off the computer and going to bed right this minute...
