Remember how I said that Neal was going to blog about all the so-called scandals from NPC? Well, this is an excerpt from Neal's blog.
Look what we found from the San Diego Sheriff (museum). Apparently somebody skipped out of the conference (on Friday afternoon, after the conference was done) and went crazy in Old Town.
Word has it he was busted by a motorcycle cop.
